Andocksysteme is at Powtech Technopharm 2026, September 29 to October 1 in Nuremberg, without a stand of its own this year.
We are at Powtech Technopharm, speak to us directly
Andocksysteme is on site for the full three days, September 29 to October 1, represented by Head of Sales Tim Rückert. He is meeting existing customers and partners across the show rather than staying at one stand, so he is available on demand rather than at a fixed location.
To schedule a time slot, contact Tim directly at t.rueckert@andocksysteme.de. The team is also reachable at info@andocksysteme.de. Registration for the event is open at powtech-technopharm.com.
Single-use containment at an isolator's discharge point
An isolator holds containment during the process. The transfer point where material leaves it is where that containment is easiest to lose. The AVAX valve closes the isolator side before the ACUBE side ever opens, so the operator never faces an open path between the two.
Single-use technology suits this transfer point because it removes the cleaning validation step between campaigns. The AVAX and the ACUBE ship, run, and are disposed of once, with no cross-contamination path to manage between products. The Easylock unit adds a single hand lever for locking, opening, and closing the valve, so the sequence stays repeatable regardless of which operator runs it.
This particular setup runs on an isolator built by ART GmbH Anlagenbau Reinraum Technik, based in Hohenstein-Eglingen. ART builds isolators, air lock systems, and laminar flow equipment for personal, product, and environmental protection across pharmaceutical, chemical, and mechanical engineering applications. Andocksysteme and ART have worked together for years, integrating containment interfaces into ART’s isolator and cleanroom systems on customer projects, and this exhibit brings that collaboration onto the show floor.
